 To all who commented and commiserated and read my story and were generally INCREDIBLY AND COMPLETELY AWESOME during my last post I wanted to say thank you so much! I feel immensely better for having such kind and wonderful friends! Sometimes it seems as though I am just a faceless cog in the wheel of life, chugging along and never really contributing or making a difference in any way, shape, or fashion, so to hear that I'm appreciated and valued is the best possible medicine. So, again, thank you!!

And here's another reminder of the goodness of life, my 6 week old grandbaby, Daniel. Isn't he the cutest thing ever? I'm really trying hard not to bombard everyone with baby pictures, but I just couldn't let this one slide:

He's so sweet! I can't wait until I get to see him again - in about a month. He'll already have changed so much by then though, I suppose. Hopefully he'll give me a smile, too!
