I can't recall the last time I read such an absorbing, beautifully crafted, lovingly detailed story as Restraint (J2, historical) by Dark Emeralds. I rarely cry at fiction, but this had me a blubbering mess at the end. It's that good.

*wanders off to weep a bit more*

Ooooh, is it finished? I was listening to FayJay's podfic of it before but back then the story was still being written =) It was so good, though!

Yes, it was just finished last week, I believe. I wanted to listen to the podfic, but I was just too impatient (plus I had jury duty so it was a perfect opportunity to read something long and juicy on my Kindle!)

I'm still so broken up about the story. My eyes are all swollen this morning from crying last night!
