I think Dean takes Sam to the whorehouse in episode 3, although it could have been 4.
There were no questions about Sam's arc in particular, just general questions about the relationship between the boys, which is going to be strained for a while.
I thought the spoilers were good - not too irritating and just intriguing enough. :-)
I hear that God will make an appearance later on in the season but I honestly don't know what that would look like. Talk about an intimidating character to create!!! LOL
