Man, this still managed to blow me away. Just lovely. The tone, the descriptions--just fantastic world-building. To me, that is the most difficult thing to accomplish and you nailed it. I really did feel like I was in this time period, too. So many subtle touches. So much was put into this story, and it really came to life. Love, love love this. ♥ Can't wait for the sequel!
