So I got chosen to serve on a jury today. The trial was interesting, quick, and rather low stress. The result and moral of the story?

Grabbing an unsuspecting girl's ass in Wal-Mart? BAD. IDEA.

She actually didn't want to file charges and had to be subpoenaed to court. My hubby thinks that the guy had priors for the DA to have prosecuted the case. Who knows? I sure hope the guy behaves himself from now on though!
